I really enjoyed the video about the 65 Econoline truck. Back in 1980 I got a 1967 Ford Econoline van. It was blue and white with roll out windows with screens. A long one on the drivers side, one each on the back doors, and one each on the passenger side doors. I made a bed in the back, mounted 2 Jenson speakers on the front of the bed. I almost cried when I had to cut my dash so that I could put an awesome stereo/cassette player flush in the dash. My friend Jesse helped me put paneling in it. So he could borrow it. Every time he would clean and detail Her, never had a name for her except when she didn’t want to run right. She was a female dog at that time. Which wasn’t very often. I knew where the battery was and I laughed when you had to look for yours. It took me and my 3 oldest kids across from Indiana clear out to Phoenix, Arizona and back to Houston Texas and then down to Corpus Christie. We lived in my van over the summer of 1982…. Wish I had her now. We made our way back to Houston due to a blown head gasket I had to put oil in her every so many miles. I sold her to friends there and moved back to Indiana. So I love old vehicles too. I have a 1985 short bed Silverado I have had her for many years she was a Christmas present to me. Had to get cheeper gas mileage. My son has dibs when he pays for her. She is kinda rare due to having 2, 16 gallon tanks, and being a C10 all of the goodie’s are original parts She was ordered that way from the factory when built. I would love to put a straight 6 cylinder in Her and put it back on the road!!! I love my truck!!! Sorry so long winded but I’m old live in Edmonton, Kentucky.
